Format

English exam is adaptive (CAT): 100 to 150 items, up to 3 hours.
Pass mark is 700 out of 1000 (scaled).
Mostly multiple choice, plus "advanced innovative" items such as drag-and-drop and hotspot.
Many items are scenarios: a short situation, then the BEST, FIRST, or MOST appropriate action.
CAT doesn't let you go back to change answers.

Think like a manager

Human safety always comes first.
Then business goals: security serves the organization.
Senior management owns risk. Get their support and approval.
Follow policy and process before reaching for a technical fix.
Prefer the answer that addresses the root cause and is proactive.
